From scholarship to service: QSAP fellows turn education into community impact
NEW YORK — Twenty-two students and alumni from the Qatar Scholarship for Afghans Project (QSAP) gathered in New York City in August for the Qatar Connections Civic Engagement Conference, marking the culmination of a yearlong fellowship.
During the four-day conference, fellows presented projects they had developed over the past year in response to needs in their communities.
Afghan Future Fund and No One Left Behind launch second round of America’s Allies Scholarship Program
Afghan Future Fund (AFF), in partnership with No One Left Behind (NOLB), is now accepting applications for the second round of the America’s Allies Scholarship Program (AASP). The initiative provides scholarships to Afghan and Iraqi Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders in the United States who are pursuing a degree, certificate, licensing, vocational or other approved training programs.
